Your safety is our ultimate priority.

BASH is committed to protecting the health & safety of our members, guests, teams, & broader communities to the best of our abilities during the COVID-19 pandemic & beyond.

Each BASH studio is strictly adhering to all respective Local, State, & Federal guidelines re: COVID-19 and as an organization, we will continue to monitor all directives from these governing bodies & the CDC. To learn more about your State’s specific restrictions, regulations, & guidance – visit: or your State’s Department of Health site.

Across all of our BASH studios, we have implemented an unrelenting commitment to studio cleanliness ensuring timely disinfection of our studios, pieces of equipment, common areas, & amenities. In addition to our continuous disinfection throughout the day, we have provided disinfection solution at your floor station for intra-class safety. On a weekly basis, we work with local third parties to execute professional deep cleans and have partnered with SurfaceGuard – a company who deploys an EPA-registered & N-list approved disinfectant, proven to kill SARS-COV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19, on porous and non-porous surfaces. Also, they apply an antimicrobial coating to all surfaces & equipment inhibiting the growth of bacteria, mold, mildew, algae, and fungus for up to 90 days.

Our class schedule features various capacity options for your comfort – including half-cap classes, perfect for those boxers looking for some extra space. We’ve also added additional ‘VAX-REQUIRED’ classes & have officially required full vaccination for our entire staff (they were already completely vaccinated, but we thought we’d put it on paper!).

Our HVAC is top-tier, our electrostatic diffuser is pumping, & our team is wiping, spraying, ventilating, & distancing whenever possible!

If you’re feeling off in any way – fatigue, sniffles, sore throat, cough, fever, chills, etc. etc. – stay home! We’re more than happy to waive any cancellation fees to ensure you’re resting up and returning when you’re feeling better.

While masks may not be required in your State, if you’d like to wear one – go for it! If you’re not fully vaccinated, we kindly suggest that you keep your mask on in the common areas.

Show up for class within ten minutes of your start time. We like to use our time in between to shine up the studio & ensure disinfection – so we ask for some time to do just that.

If you’re traveling or returning from some time away, consider grabbing a test before you head back into the studio.
